I started my radio career working on a Charity Radio Station in Rugby called 'Radio Cracker' when I was 13 years old! I then joined Rugby Hospital Radio. In 2002 I worked for Rugby FM and in 2006 I joined the team at 107.6 Banbury Sound.

My favourite music is 80's (let's be fair who doesn't!) I like chilling out to love songs. I have to appreciate all types of music being a Radio Presenter. Some of my favourite artists include Michael Jackson, Simply Red, Whitney Houston.

I'm a big fan of C.S.I on Channel 5 and Five US. My favourite is C.S.I Miami I love Horatio's cool sun glasses and his one liners! I also like watching Top Gear on BBC 2.

I enjoy watching The Apprentice, especially the last 20 minutes when the candidates get an ear bashing from Alan Sugar..or should I say Sir Alan Sugar. Let's be honest who would really like to work for him?? I certainly wouldn't!

I love all the James Bond films. I've got every Bond film on DVD! However, choosing my favourite would be very difficult. I do prefer the early Bond films, the new one's are just so confusing!

My favorite food is Chinese takeaway, closely followed by a deep pan pizza…yummy! (but not at the same time!)

My pet hates are speed humps, certain reality TV shows and people who moan all the time life’s to short!
